There are at least three artists sharing the name "Halcyon Days" (#1) Halcyon Days were a 4-piece rock band from Belfast. Bursting out of the ceasefires of the late 1990s they recorded and released two albums – Sometimes (1996) and Alkaline Times (1997). They toured extensively throughout the UK, Ireland, Western Europe and Scandinavia cultivating an extensive fanbase and an anthology of subtle yet energetic rock songs.
Lagwagon is a punk band based in the small town of Goleta, California. Forming in 1990, they have released seven albums, all through San Francisco label Fat Wreck Chords. They are widely viewed as catalysts for the pop-punk movement of the 1990's, opening the door for some of the subgenre's more mainstream bands. The most recent members of Lagwagon include Vocalist Joey Cape, guitarists Chris Flippin and Chris Rest, bassist Joe Raposo, and drummer Dave Raun.

Hell Is For Heroes were a British post-hardcore band who formed in Camden, London, in September 2000. Will McGonagle and Joe Birch were previously in the band Symposium. After leaving their record label EMI in 2004 following the Payola scandal, they released their second album independently before signing a deal with Burning Heart Records, who subsequently re-released it in 2006. Ex Deo is a Canadian metal band formed in 2008 in Montreal, Quebec, a new Roman themed death metal group led by Maurizio Iacono (Kataklysm) released their debut album Romulus to the world on June 19, 2009 (Europe) and June 30, 2009 (North America) via Nuclear Blast Records. The album was recorded with producer (and Kataklysm guitarist) Jean-Francois Dagenais (Misery Index, Despised Icon, Malevolent Creation).
There is more than one artist with the name 'No Respect': 1)No Respect was a german skapunk-band with mostly political lyrics. The main topics are antifascism, anarchy and freedom. 2)Some nasty and ripping metal that smacks of the bad boy L.A. scene of old, conjuring images of GNR, L.A. Guns, and early Skid Row, as well as some of the early carefree work of both Saigon Kick and Ugly Kid Joe.
King's X is an American hard rock / heavy metal band noted for its spiritual lyrics and sophisticated musical styles which include, but are not limited to, blues, progressive rock, grunge and psychedelic. The group traces its beginnings to 1980, when Doug Pinnick and Jerry Gaskill, who had previously met while recording and touring with Phil Keaggy and touring with the band Petra, recruited Ty Tabor to join them.
Master is the most well-known project of bassist, vocalist, and songwriter Paul Speckmann. They were well known in the early extreme metal underground, being both one of the first death metal bands, and one of the most influential alongside Death in the emerging death metal scene. The band began in 1983, and still exists today, having released several albums with many different lineups. Paul Speckmann started out as bass player in doom band War Cry, where he met up with drummer Bill Schmidt who was drafted in to replace previous War Cry drummer, Joe Laccino.

FENSTER (Bln via NYC) // Formed in 2010 by JJ, a New Yorker, Jonathan, a Berliner, and later completed by percussionist/journalist Lukas FENSTER makes de-constructed pop music, exploring electro acoustic arrangements peppered with traffic noises and bird calls. Their lyrics are often carefully constructed dream narratives, finding inspiration in the world of ghosts, graveyards. trains, religious imagery, and broken machinery. In their music, they build songs around errors, blending melodic chords with broken beats or minimal percussion.
