Coldspell

ColdSpell comes from the land of the Ice and snow up in the north of Sweden in the iron ore miners town Kiruna. The band had Its beginning in 2005 and the songs have been waiting to come alive and see the light of the day with this 5 piece hard rockin band. The songs of ColdSpell is a mixture of everything we grew up with and the influences comes from the groove of the seventies to the choruses and melodies from the eighties and from the raw and naked touch from the nineties to the fantastic bands and productions of the new millennium.

Sydonia

Sydonia are probably most best described as a melodic metal band. Whilst their music can sometimes represent that of anger and pain, as in "Andwethoughthewasmad" off the EP (Man)ipulate, it can also sometimes represent that of calm, soft and somewhat relaxing taste, as in "Taste More", also from (Man)ipulate. However, this variety in sound further intensifies the talent that is posessed in this band. Lead singer, Dana Roskvists, explores as many regions of the larynx as you may have thought possible. Lyrically and musically this band will not fail to amaze.

The album failed to break the group through to the big time, but the group stuck to their guns and issued further albums: 1992's Screw It, 1995's Dawn, 1998's Four the Hard Way, and 2000's Return of the Great Gildersleeves.

JONCOFY

The band originated in 2007 in Kiev in the restless mind of guitarist-vocalist Math_Max, whose experiments with digging guitar and torturing his voice reached the dimensions of a mania and needed to be shared with someone. On the score of it the first 3-piece line-up was formated soon and recording debut of Joncofy was not too long to appear. The band’s 5-song self-released demo “Li(f)e?” was a really howling success. It had tons of positive replies and reviews in local and foreign music community and became kind of the quality standard for Ukrainian alternative metal bands.

Traxx himself talking about this phenomenon:
"It's a truly separate genre in its own right... the reason is because jakbeat is influenced from not just by techno and house...
