Born in the same hospital where cult TV comedy Green Wing was to be shot a mere few decades later, lyrical songsmith Ben Marwood mixes pop songwriting with a generous portion of angsty anti-folk. Signed to one of the UK’s smallest but proudest record labels, the ever-DIY Broken Tail Records, he’s gigged alongside Frank Turner, Frightened Rabbit, Pete and the Pirates, SixNationState, Glasvegas, Jetplane Landing and Chris T-T, and he’s loved every second of it.
