The members are Michelle Loose (vocals, keys), Scott Loose (guitars), Trevor Schrotz (drums), Ben Kelly (bass), Suvo Sur (violin, keys) and Matt Kozar (guitars). The roots of Brave began in 1997 when brother and sister duo Scott and Michelle Loose began writing diverse, acoustic-based, dark progressive music with their childhood friend and drummer, Trevor Schrotz.

There is at least two acts called Tang: 1) Tang was formed during the Autumn of 1997 and established its first line-up during the Winter of 2000. That time marked a renewal of activity for the outfit, and an ever-growing willingness to advance with their music was born. The group released several demos, including a 3 track CD, given as a freebie, that astounded critics all over France. "Tang has a talent to grab your guts when the first chords are strummed, and the overall atmosphere is really emotional."

Asrai hails from Rotterdam, Netherlands (also origin of Clan of Xymox) and originally formed in 1988 by sisters Margriet and Karin. They produced several demos between 1989 and 1994 which gained them national popularity and radio play both in Netherlands and central Europe. In 1997 they released their debut As Voices Speak on the Austrian Poison Ivy label (extremely indie ditribution channel) and issued a German release of the album later that year.
