La Pegatina

The band was born in 2003 with the name "Pegatina Sound System" after Ovidi i Adrià meet Rubén, who up to that moment was playing solo. They decided to throw forward the project, without knowing to where it would go. One year later they had more than 20 performances under their belts and were one of the most active groups in the Catalan market. The band were starting to take part in festivals and performances in different places in Spain.

Sisa

Jaume Sisa (Barcelona, 1948) is a Catalan artist, composer and songwriter, who defines himself as "galàctic". His most famous song "Qualsevol nit pot sortir el sol" (from the album with the same name) was published in 1975. Korrontzi departing from the basque music tradition with their first album pay homage to the famous trikitilaris (accordion players) whose music still represents an integral part of the popular basque culture. Korrontzis stage performance can be described as both dynamic and modern creating a melodical and pulsative ambiance similar to the celtic music.

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Redrum - (often stylized as REDRUM) is a Japanese indie/shoegaze rock band who formed in 1996 with the decisive goal of becoming a band similar to Portishead for Japan. The members of the band consist of Yumi (vocals), Tsuyoshi (guitar) and Kazi (drums). The role of bassist officially changed two times and was helmed primarily by Soto who joined the band early on and stayed until his departure in December 2004. Their catalogue of works consists of only a few proper albums, several mini albums and maxi singles.

Polen stands up with a new trend of live act full of energy, a fusion between loud guitars and strong synths which makes us compare them with bands like Soulwax, Digitalism, Does It Offend You, Yeah? among others.
Nowadays, the band owns two free distribution EPs: "Metamorphy" (2008) and "Compressor" (2009) and is planning to release a new single "Drop the Line" (2010) next June.

Crack

There is more than one artist with this name:
1) This Spanish band came from Gijon, the northern part of the Iberian Peninsula. The members were Alex Cakrul (bass), Alberto Fontaneda (guitar, flute and vocals), Mento Heria (keybaords and vocals), Manda Jimenez (drums) and Rafael Rodriguez (guitar). Their only album "Si Todo Hiciera Crack” (’80) from CRACK is one of the jewels of the Spanish progressive rock.

Carmen Linares

Carmen Pacheco Rodríguez, born in Linares (Jaén) in 1951, is without doubt a fundamental pillar of all current flamenco singing, she masters a vast repertoire of flamenco styles due to her long experience. Her enormous versatility has allowed her to take part in zarzuelas (a Spanish form of musical drama), plays and several projects involving classical musicians and musicans from the world of jazz. Out of her works, the recording of an anthology of female flamenco singing is the one which stands out.
