Wide range of a cappella styles specialising in folk song, world music, shapenote (sacred harp) and other americana, often in original four- or five-part arrangements. Martin Lee Gore (born July 23, 1961 in Dagenham, Essex, England) a member of the band Depeche Mode since its inception in 1980. He is currently the primary songwriter, and also plays keyboard and guitar. He is also the backup singer, and sometimes the lead singer. In 2003, Martin released Counterfeit2, a solo cover album follow-up to his 1989 Counterfeit EP. Both feature his takes on other people's material, and he has stated publicly before that he considers himself not the most prolific songwriter, and prefers to keep his own material for Depeche Mode albums.

In 1965 Auger formed the group Steampacket along with Long John Baldry, Julie Driscoll and Rod Stewart. With Driscoll and the band Trinity he went on to produce several hit singles, notably a cover of Bob Dylan's This Wheel's on Fire. Ghost Boy with Golden Virtues is a band based in Brisbane, Australia. They describe themselves as "avant-garde cabaret punk performance art." Their first album, Enter, was released in February 2010. The lead single “Wolfish” received multiple airplay on radio 4ZZZ, Triple J and Rage. The 2nd single from the album was "Love Me". It also included reworkings of Iggy Pop & Serge Gainsbourg songs. The songs and the music are unashamedly explicit and erotically charged.
