Revenance is a from New York formed in 2002. , they have a self released EP "All Shall Suffer" released in 2003 and a second EP called "Somebody Kill Something", in 2004, which lead to them signing to a label. Their debut full-length album "Omen Of Tragedy" was released by Permeated Records in 2006. Alternatively, there is another band called Revenance hailing from Barnsley, England. They play melodic, catchy death metal and after releasing their first album in 2006, they are set to bring out a new record in 2009, recording with the prestigious producer, Jason Sanderson.

He is known to insiders especially for his collaboration with the esteemed Architect. The latter was started by the also prolific Daniel Myer of haujobb. Since both are based in Leipzig (Germany) it was inevitable that their ways crossed. Result was in 2005 the up to now most appreciated Architect work The Analysis Of Noise Trading.

Lamb of God

The roots of Lamb of God were planted in the year 1990, when Mark Morton, Chris Adler and John Campbell were floor mates at Virginia Commonwealth University. The trio began playing at Adler's house in Richmond weathering chilly conditions. "There was no heat in the house," recalls Campbell. "We would hang around the kerosene heaters, get really drunk and write metal songs. Fumes and Black Label beer were definitely what fueled our early days."
