The Movielife

The Movielife was a pop-punk band from Baldwin, New York (Long Island). Formed in 1997, the band put out its first full-length, It's Go Time, in 1999 on Fadeaway Records. Gymnastics

Gymnastics or (later) Laka Gimnastika is originally from a small town of Ruma, in Srem region, province of Vojvodina, Serbia. Ruma, although a small town with about 30.000 inhabitants, was always a place with a strong underground scene that has it roots in the music and visual arts groups that existed in the late 70's and early 80's. During the 1990's there were numerous active indie and punk bands in Ruma, with quite a strong scene with regular concerts, several zines, radio shows, etc.

Julia

There are two (and quite possibly more) bands by the name Julia, 1) Julia was an american / band, active in the mid 1990's.
Their style resembled the frantic sound of eastcoast (more specifically DC) emo, complete with octave chords and dark, yet melodic, basslines, thundering and slow drumming and intensly emotional vocals. On many occasions it sounded like Mathew was about to break down. Some members were playing on Lumber. Members:
Mathew Yeager (Vocals)

Tassit

Tassit are a 6-piece Post-Hardcore/Metalcore band from the rural county of Lincolnshire (that's in England by the way). Whilst most teenagers spend their free time drinking in the streets, terrorising neighbourhoods and generally giving people a reason to buy newspapers, Tassit instead decide to focus their energy on what they love most: music. Metal music to be precise. Tassit began many years ago in the humble market town of Spilsby when Max, Ross and Kieran had a mutual vision of becoming rockstars.

Here There Be Monsters

Stalwart members of the Brighton, UK metal scene, HTBM have quickly affirmed themselves as a live revelation down South. Conceived at a drunken poker game, the band is currently writing more songs, HTBM are enjoying playing savage live shows. Be sure to see them in a town near you! "A wild, gnarly mixture of seething hardcore, spastic grind, ultra-dark screaming and vein-popping punk-metal. This sound is very refreshing in its disregard for convention and has plenty of breathless, fidgety grooves to raise the pulse. -8/10 Terrorizer Magazine"
