Introducing NORTHCOTE, the solo moniker of former Means and The Emerson Letters frontman Matthew Goud. Born and raised on the prairies, Matthew has spent the last number of years touring around North America and has refined his rootsy, solo material in order to unveil Northcote's debut EP - "Borrowed Chords, Tired Eyes" due out later next month. Northcote has paired up with the Toronto-based independent label Black Box, home to artists such as The Wooden Sky, Shad and more, to release this EP off-stage and online only.

Intense, soulful and poetic, Redlight King's music is both biographical and cathartic. Using the backdrop of his humble beginnings growing up in the hardworking Canadian steel town of Hamilton, Ontario, Redlight King frontman and songwriter, Kaz, wrote his first song at the age of 7 but didn't pick up a guitar until he was 21. A keen observer and prolific storyteller, the songs on Something For The Pain reflect a culmination of life's highs and lows.

There are at least 7 bands named Revenant: 1. Death/thrash U.S. band from late 80's/early 90's that at times featured members from Immolation and Incantation. Recorded a few demos, but only one full length called Prophecies of a Dying World, as well a couple of ep's. Split up during the mid 90's, yet made an attempt at reforming 2002 to release an ep only to split up again. 2. Revenant is a Thrash / Power / Speed Metal band from Hessen, Germany. One of the members ( Eric "Kalli" Kaldschmidt ) is in Abandoned.

(2) stay home is a minimalist take on hardcore from Albany, New York (3) Stay Home are four guys from London, ON, doing what they love to do. Driven by a purpose that seeks to do no more than satisfy creative urges, Stay Home create music out of 30-plus years of punk rock heritage, adapting the sounds, themes and ideologies that saw them through adolescence and into adulthood.
