Rose Cousins
Rose Cousins is a Canadian bluegrass/folk singer-songwriter. Born and raised in Prince Edward Island, she is currently based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Beginning in 2002, she released two EPs prior to her full-length debut, If You Were for Me, in 2006. The album garnered her a nomination for best solo artist at the Canadian Folk Music Awards. She was also a winner in the 2007 Mountain Stage Newsong Contest, as well as winning best folk recording from both the Nova Scotia Music Awards and the PEI Music Awards, and Female Recording of the Year at the East Coast Music Awards in 2008.

Carnist are a DIY hardcore punk band from London England. Unlearn is our first album. It deals with the concept of unlearning societal norms and cultural traits which are contrary to our nature - be that our attitude towards non human animals or indeed humans who do not fall in line with stifling, archaic and claustrophobic ideas of what it is to be human. We oppose patriarchy, religion (and the myriad of ways these institutions have marred society - be that misogyny, homophobia, transphobia et al) and Speciesism.
Scream Club
Scream Club is Cindy Wonderful and Sarah Adorable, and began in Olympia WA in 2002. The Scream Club sound combines elements of hip hop, pop, punk, dance, glam rock, and rap. From the beginning, Scream Club has been dedicated to touring most months out of the year, both in the US and Europe. Now located in Berlin, Scream Club's catchy songs, artsy music videos, and energetic stage shows have developed a cult-like following around the world.
Pollyanna
Pollyanna is the name of two musical artists : *Existing in the mid to late 90s, but still popular today, Pollyanna were an Australian indie/alternative rock band. The band consisted of, at various times, Matt Handley, Maryke Stapleton, Ace Moley, Andy Strachan, Shaun Lohoar, Glenn Maynard and Serge Luca.

They were originally a Sydney band but then later relocated to Melbourne (in 1997).
The Blow
The Blow is Khaela Maricich, from Portland, Oregon. The band was a duo until Jona Bechtolt left to pursue his own project, Yacht, full time. The two had been working together as The Blow since 2004, when they recorded a limited edition EP called Poor Aim: Love Songs.
"Blow" is also the name of a Melbourne-based jazz group which Last.fm automatically scrobbles as "The Blow".
Witch Hunt
There are two bands with the name Witch Hunt: 1) Witch Hunt is a Philadelphia, PA DIY hardcore punk band who formed in 2001. For their first two releases they were on Profane Existence. Witch Hunt currently have three full albums: ...As Priorities Decay (2004), Blood Red States (2006), and Burning Bridges To Nowhere (2009 - Alternative Tentacles) as well as a compilation of unreleased early recordings entitled This is Only the Beginning... (2007). The line-up is Janine Enriquez,Rob Fitzpatrick,Nicole Enriquez,Vince Klopfenstein.
Beyond Pink
Beyond Pink is a hardcore-punk band from Malmö, Sweden. The band started in 2002. This is definitely something for all those into fast hardcore, as well as riot grrrls sounds and tradition of the 80's swedish hc/punk. Their music reflects how wide influences they have and it makes their music powerful and kicking. Their lyrics are alongside with the music, they reflect anger and critical views on issues like macho/sexistculture, violent dancing, cops, pro-life fundemantalists or corporate capitalism and their financial institutions like WTO and G8.
