Noiseworks was a rock band that formed in Sydney, Australia in 1985. The lineup of Noiseworks was Jon Stevens (lead vocals), Stuart Fraser (guitar), Steve Balbi (bass), Justin Stanley (keyboards) and Kevin Nicol (drums).
Considered to be one of Australia's more successful rock bands of the late 1980s, their self-titled debut in 1987 had a series of successful singles, such as "No Lies," "Take Me Back," and "Welcome To The World.

Monkey Militia loosely formed in 1999 whilst at Exeter University. Throughout the years they lost and gained so many members. In 2006, founder member James moved back to the south east and started up a new Monkey Militia – Mk.XI. Chris, who's been in the band for five years previous, had already moved to London, so was keen to keep the Militia going. Chris and Aaron had been mates from school, so seeing as he was in the same neck of the woods also, was asked to join on drums.
The Postal Service is an indie electropop band based in Seattle, Washington, United States, which started life as a side project for singer Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie and producer Jimmy Tamborello of Dntel, Headset and Figurine.
