The East-Austrian/Viennese Heavy-Metal-Fourpiece BOON plays down-tuned, monolithic metal`n`roll. The diversified but catchy songs BOON create will drag along every metal fan from 80ies to Death. Not to be confused with Rowland 'Boon' Gould, the former Level 42 Guitarist, who was nicknamed 'Boon' by a Relative shortly after he was born and has Performed under the Name 'Boon' since the Mid 1970's and has released one solo Album Called 'Tinman' in 1995, plus in 1986 he had a track called 'Head Full Of Shadows', that featured on a Various artists Compilation called 'Its A Live In World'.

Generation Gap

Generation Gap(1995 -1996) was the old band of Alex Band(it was his second band) and Aaron Kamin(both from The Calling) when they began playing together. The band consisted of Alex Band(15), Aaron Kamin(19), a 58 year old drummer and a 40 year old bassguitarist. The huge difference in ages obviously was the reason for the bandname.
When Alex Band and Aaron Kamin got a record deal with RCA Records, the band split up. The Demo Cd consisted of 5 tracks;

The Avengers

There are three bands and one radio show sharing the name The Avengers: 1) The Avengers were formed in San Francisco, in the first wave of American Punk. Penelope Houston was the lead singer, primary songwriter, and her persona was a large part of the draw for the act. The other band members were James Wilsey (bass), D. Furious (drums), and Greg Ingraham (guitar). Critic Greil Marcus once said The Avengers were, “…San Francisco’s best punk band - in their moments, they were, you knew, better than any other band playing that night anywhere in the world.”

Richard Ashcroft

Richard Ashcroft (born Richard Paul Ashcroft, on September 11, 1971, in Billinge, Wigan, England) is best known as the front man of The Verve, which he helped form in 1989. After that band's demise in 1999, Ashcroft began his solo career, releasing Alone With Everybody in 2000, Human Conditions in 2002 and Keys to the World in 2006. He performed vocals for the track Lonely Soul on UNKLE's 1998 release Psyence Fiction and his voice can also be heard on the The Chemical Brothers' album Come With Us track The Test.
