Alejandro Paz

DJ and musician from Santiago de Chile currently based in Cologne, Germany. Paz is an essential figure from Santiago's music scene, having collaborated with Felipe "Warhol" Sancho from Fredi Michel (Cómeme 008 "Chilean Pop") on GENERICO's project , and also having performed with Chilean artist Javiera Mena. He has recently played at some of the most important clubs in Europe such as Fabric (London), Plastic People (London), Subclub (Glasgow) and will play at Razzmatazz (Barcelona) for Off Sonar 2012.

Necrosis

There are at least 26 bands with the name Necrosis 1). Thrash Metal Band from Chile. Formed in 1985, is one of the pioneer thrash metal bands of that country, obviously something very uncommon for a country ruled by a dictatorship. Their first album was recorded and published in 1988, The search had aggresive and menacing riffs with a simple but deep voice with a clear message. They band split up in 1991 after Alfredo Peña’s suicide, they had a brief reunion in 1999 and they reformed the band again in 2001 for a second album called “Enslaved to the machine”...

Fractal

There are several bands with the name (Fractal): 1) Most of the tracks you can play here are from the instrumental debut CD Continuum, released in 2003 by the San Jose CA based progressive rock band Fractal. Their website is www.fractal-continuum.com. Fractal were formed in 2000 with a strong early influence from mid-late period King Crimson, and have since developed a unique sound, often using complex time signatures.
