Dornenreich

Dornenreich is an avantgarde black metal band from Tyrol, Austria. The name means realm of thorns (noun) or full of thorns (adjective) in German. Founded in 1995, the band has progressed in style from black metal on their first album, Nicht um zu sterben, to what the band describes as “a vision beyond (black) metal, neofolk and ambient” on their latest works. The music on their second album, Bitter ist's dem Tod zu dienen, released in 1997, can be described as symphonic black metal with some folk and some gothic influences.

Maelstrom (Metal)

Maelstrom is a 5-piece metal band based in Glasgow. Their debut album "The Shores At Dawn" was released in 2008. Based on Tolkien mythologies, Maelstrom's music is a cacophony of dark melodies; combining traditional Black and Doom metal influences with melodic and progressive styles.

Bal-Sagoth

Bal-Sagoth are an extreme metal band from Yorkshire, England, combining elements of black metal, symphonic, and classical music. Vocalist/lyricist Byron Roberts, who came up with the idea for the band around 1989, took the name 'Bal-Sagoth' from a Robert E. Howard short story "The Gods of Bal-Sagoth". Their first demo was released in 1993; they have since released three albums on Cacophonous and three on Nuclear Blast.

There are at least three bands with the moniker Crossover:
1) an electro (-clash) band formed by Mark Ingram and Vanessa Tosti in New York City. They released their first album in 2001. Read more below.

3) CrossoveR - a punk band from Novi Sad, Serbia: http://www.myspace.com/crossoverserbia 1) Crossover (electroclash): The story begins in the year 2000 on the streets of New York City with a bootleg copy of Crossover's debut album Fantasmo.

Nexus

There are 20 (and counting) acts named Nexus. 1. neXus was an electronica/dance artist located in Columbus, GA. Featuring hard hitting dance tracks, stunning progressive techno beats, and other interesting variations on the electronica genre. Using beats that normally would not fit, neXus finds a way to make them attractive and strangely alluring. neXus released his album at the end of 2010 successfully. Shortly thereafter, neXus's time on this earth came to a sudden somber end. neXus continues to live on through his works of art.

Lordaeron are a Black/Death metal band from Derbyshire, England. The band members consist of:

Ex Deo

Ex Deo is a Canadian metal band formed in 2008 in Montreal, Quebec, a new Roman themed death metal group led by Maurizio Iacono (Kataklysm) released their debut album Romulus to the world on June 19, 2009 (Europe) and June 30, 2009 (North America) via Nuclear Blast Records. The album was recorded with producer (and Kataklysm guitarist) Jean-Francois Dagenais (Misery Index, Despised Icon, Malevolent Creation).

Hecate Enthroned

Hecate Enthroned are a black metal band from the North Wales. The band formed in 1993 under the name Daemonum by singer Jon and guitarist Nigel. After a few practices and recording a demo, vocalist Jon left the band after taking up an offer to join Cradle of Filth as their bassist. However during which time Jon was also heavily involved in the production of Dusk... and her embrace. A year or so later, Jon rejoined and they changed their name to Hecate Enthroned, this time playing a more melodic black metal style.

And Hell Followed With

And Hell Followed With was an American deathcore band. The group formed in Detroit, Michigan in 2006 and split in 2010 eight months after the front man Nick Holland announced he would be parting ways with the band. As of 2012 the band announced that they would play one last show at The Jamboree in Toledo, OH. They've stated that there are no plans to ever play another show. They released two full-length albums before their disestablishment.
