British producer Martin Jenkins is also known as Pye Corner Audio Transcription Services, mixing the Radiohponic/library music sound, sometimes with a bit of post punk. Jenkins refers to himself as the mysterious and nameless Head Technician in most of his online profiles. Extra detail is taken to make the audio and visual elements hear and look worn and vintage.

Field Harmonics

Field Harmonics is the new solo project of Midlands-based multi-instrumentalist Robert Glover, who is also one half of ambient pop experimentalists epic45 and co-founder of the Wayside and Woodland record label. Taking musical influence from 80s synth-pop and electronica, 'his debut album Walls' is an astonishingly effective blend of pulsing electronic pop and dreamlike ambience. Glover's boldest statement yet, ‘Walls’ is a pop subversion of epic45’s psychogeographic aural aesthetic.

HK119

HK 119 is a powerful Nordic force resolved to shatter any illusions you may have about your comfortable post-millennial society. This beautiful blonde creature, at once Amazonian and eerily robotic, is the creation of Finnish artist Heidi Kilpelainen. Her dystopian vision of the world takes elements of the modern human condition and pushes them to the extreme, where people have sacrificed their humanity for consumerism, and technology pervades every detail of our lives.

Sin Fang

It's been only 3 years since Iceland's new king of lo-fi layered lushness, Sindri Már Sigfússon, began his official recording career. “Summer Echoes”, the new and second album of his solo-project Sin Fang (he dropped the “Bous”) is now already his 4th album release (including 2 records of his other musical outlet Seabear) since 2007. The album oscillates wildly unearthing glimpses of familiarity - vintage Flying Nun here, Paw Tracks there and a Belle and Sebastian pop nous - while retaining the own stark originality of this uber-talented artist and producer.

B.E.F.

British Electric Foundation (B.E.F.) is a transition project of Martyn Ware and Ian Craig Marsh from The Human League to Heaven 17. Ware and Marsh were the major creative force behind the original Human League which was a milestone for the Dark Electro-Industrial sound that came a few years later with (DAF, FRONT 242, THE KLINIK, etc.) B.E.F.'s sound was very cold and experimental which could be closely compared to The Future project that Ware and Marsh had (prior to the Human League) with Adi Newton (later of Clock DVA.
