In this time awake's way led from their rehearsal room in an old cellar to the "Neue Flora" theater in Hamburg, from youth festivals to village fairs, from a penitentiary to a football stadium and after two demo EPs to their first longplayer "fragments", being released in 2006.

Oliver Wakeman

Oliver Wakeman is a keyboardist and first son of Rick Wakeman. He has worked with Clive Nolan (of Arena) and Tracy Hitchings on two progressive rock concept albums, Jabberwocky (released 1999) and Hound of the Baskervilles. Oliver has also worked with Steve Howe, his father's bandmate in Yes. (The two live relatively close to each other in south-west England). Howe worked on Oliver's solo album named The 3 Ages of Magick, while Oliver is on Howe's 2005 solo album Spectrum and helped on Howe's recording of "Australia" for the US version of the Yes collection The Ultimate Yes.

Ghost Brigade

Ghost Brigade is a five-piece metal band from Jyväskylä, Finland, formed in 2005. They have taken elements from melodic death metal, doom metal and progressive metal into their music. Wille Naukkarinen (guitars): "In Ghost Brigade, selling albums is not what it's about. It's about the feeling I get when I write a new song, which I only get when I know the song is good enough. The metaphor for that is "the fire". That explains the title of the album. We are guided by fire.

1) Militia is a Belgian industrial percussion band. It was founded in 1989 by the multi-instrumentalist Frank Gorissen and wind instrument player Jo Billen and now 6 musicians are involved. The band is known for its use of self made percussion and wind instruments and the scrap material they transform into musical instruments. The band's music is often inspired by the anarchic and atheist social views and their concirn about our natural environment, themes that can be found in most of their lyrics and statements.

Leprous is a young, five piece band hailing from the metal town of Notodden, Norway, home of bands such as Emperor, Zyklon, Ihsahn, Peccatum, and many more. Since Leprous was founded in 2001, they've gone through a few changes in the line-up, and now consists of Einar Solberg (synth/vocals), Tor Oddmund Suhrke (guitar), Halvor Strand (bass), Øystein Landsverk (guitar) and Tobias Ørnes Andersen (drums), with their ages ranging from 19 to 24 years.

Anna Phoebe

Anna Phoebe is a virtuoso violinist born in Germany of a German mother and an Irish/Greek father. On moving to the UK at an early age, she was educated in Scotland. Anna learned the violin as a child and was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland. Following school, she went on to study Economics and Politics at the world-renowned London School of Economics. After graduation, she determined to follow a career as an independent violinist playing a wide range of musical styles.
