David Cronenberg's Wife

David Cronenberg's Wife is the brainchild of Stockport-born songwriter Tom Mayne. Having moved to London, following an undisclosed past in the north of England, Mayne formed DCW in late 2002. With a rapidly changing entourage of degenerate musicians and a host of disturbing yet humorous songs, David Cronenberg's Wife has been a big swinging dick in London's Antifolk scene, along with such acts as AryanSuperQueer, Albert J. Springsteen and Hitler's Wet Panties.

Generation Kill

Generation Kill was formed by current Exodus frontman Rob Dukes and Rob Moschetti (ex-Pro-Pain, M.O.D.) The original concept of the band was to break away from the current formula. By embracing their roots and incorporating them into the project Generation Kill is a true crossover band. Each song has its own identity, and mood, which gives the band its original sound without abandoning their influences.

Rubber is a Canadian rock/pop band, featuring Harry Hess on vocals and Pete Lesperance on guitar, previously known as the band Harem Scarem. Rubber's first single, "Sunshine", had a music video with two guys who looked quite similar to Jay and Silent Bob. The video parodied many movies that were released at the time including American Pie.

Miss The Occupier

Forming in Glasgow in 2003, Miss The Occupier stick to the three-piece ethic of small is good; songs are punchy, pacy and generally loud. New EP The Heart Is Deceitful (Above All Things) is available to download from Monday 15th March.
"Their heavily Sonic Youth-influenced yin matches their Britpop yang - like a raw Sleeper crossed with a placid Siouxsie and the Banshees - perfectly and with tracks like 'Girlfriend Go Crazy' in their arsenal, they're on the verge of great things." Culture Deluxe April 2007
