London based DJ/producer duo Serotonin Thieves (pronounced Ser-oh-tone-in) are individually known as Scott & Ryan Serotonin. When ambitious young record store manager Oli Lazarus initiated his Reel People project back in 2000 he could only have dreamt of where those first tentative steps would lead him. Having immersed himself in the soulful house sounds of specialist record store Flying for the previous three years, Oli Lazurus had begun to feel that the musical education he had gained in-store was complete and that his tenure atthe shop was drawing to a natural end.

Kishi Bashi

Kishi Bashi is the pseudonym of singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter K Ishibashi (born November 4, 1975). He is a founding member of the New York synth rock outfit Jupiter One, as well as a touring member of Georgia based indie rock group of Montreal and has also toured with Regina Spektor, predominantly as a violinist. Kishi Bashi is K. Ishibashi's self-recorded and self-produced project started in 2011 with his first EP; Room For Dream, released in May 2011

Lil' Louis

Lil Louis is the stage name used by Chicago-born house music producer and DJ Louis Burns. He scored a number of hits on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in the eighties and nineties, three of which hit #1.
His best known song, "French Kiss," featured vocals by Shawn Christopher and spent two weeks at #1 on the dance chart in 1989. The house track (now considered a classic) features a several-minutes-long breakdown in which the music gradually slowed down in tempo to a complete stop and left nothing but orgasmic moaning from Ms.
