The idea to create a southern grind band that would up the ante in American grindcore came about in July 2002, exactly one day after the demise of founding members Chris Andrews and James Delgado's sludge band EOTS. Violent, blistering grind seemed like the only interesting option after wandering the destructive quagmire of slow-as-mud riffs and pummeling sound levels for a few years, learning their instruments and gaining stage experience.
White Male Dumbinance play fast, pissed off power-violence for fans of Infest, Crossed Out, Spazz etc. members have also done time in some killer bands in their past (and present) such as Arms Reach, Life.Love.Regret, The Dead Walk!, Conation and Captain Cleanoff! They have released a demo and two 7 inch EP's out on Missing Link records: 'Forced Vengeance' and a split with Masstrauma.
Jesus Crust started as a project around 1997. At that time both members, 13 and 10, participated in other bands.
This kept Jesus Crust very low-profile. In 1997 they recorded their first demo ‘Punk is Dead’.
This tape is still considered to be a pretty good release, although the recordings are quite rough and primary
(due to the fact that they were actually a test). During these recordings Jesus Crust was temporary joined by
Japanese fastcore. Really insane. For fans of Conga Fury.
ACxDC stands for Antichrist Demoncore. The band was founded in 2003 by Sergio, Pablo, Jeff, and JC. Within 2 years of playing together they released the Jack Trippin' Demo, He Had it Comin' 7", and had 2 tracks on the Signs Of An Impending Doom Compilation. They quickly made their mark in the power violence/grindcore scene by playing tons of wild shows all over Southern California. By 2005 the band had called it quits, but in the summer of 2006 they decided to have a reunion show with all original members for one night only.
