Taipan

There are at least three artists with this name: 1) Australian Heavy Metal Band (1981 ~ Present) Taipan are a 3 piece from Melbourne that has helped pioneer Heavy metal in Australia.
Their first e.p Breakout, sold 10,000 copies in Europe and the band has a strong worldwide fan base.They reformed in 2007 to record Stonewitch and have another album Flamethrower that has just been released & will be available on itunes shortly.

Cut Killer

Cut Killer is the French's answer to Funkmaster Flex. He has helped bring French Hip-Hop to a bigger audience and seems to have performed collaborations with French's best, Supreme NTM, Shurik'n, Fonk Family etc. His mixing style is a cut upbeat hip-hop, funk, soul break set which has great rhythm. Cut Killers was first heard by many when he had a brief part playing a mix out of the window on French Film "La Haine" (KRS 1 Sound of Da Police with Edith Piaf - Je ne regrette rien) More recently he has been collaborating with DJ Abdul to create more R+B style mix CDs.

MC Solaar

MC Solaar is the stage name of francophone hip hop artist Claude M'Barali (born March 5, 1969). By far the most internationally popular French rapper, he was born in Dakar, Senegal to parents from Chad. The family moved to Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, just outside Paris, when Solaar was six months old. He also spent time at the École Française du Caire (French School of Cairo) later on in life. One of MC Solaar's first claims to fame was the rap he did on a level one French language education tape: "Comment t'appelles-tu?".

1. Asian Power(在此簡稱AP)成立於98年Woodside Queens(紐約，皇后區)，團員是一群來自台灣、香港和大陸的華裔留學生組成，他們大部分自小跟隨著父母移民到美國，在求學成長的的過程中熟識，靠著彼此的互相扶持一同成長在這個異鄉的國度。在紐約這個HipHop音樂的起源地，除了黑人之外，各個族裔的青少年在80年代晚期就受到此文化深深薰陶，華裔的青年自然也在此行列之中，AP便是此文化下的產物。不同一般的團體，AP是個擁有15位成員的大家庭，個個都各司其職，宛如一家小型的唱片公司。從一開始簡陋的設備，把團員家中的閣樓拿來充當錄音室，一直到一位在美國地下音樂頗具知名度的製作人 - QC Funk(曾和日本知名饒舌歌手Zeebra和弟弟Sphere、歌手Cam’ron的團體Dipset及紐約知名DJ Kayslay合作)聽到AP，並且對AP大為讚賞，經友人介紹後，開始了合作之路，AP也逐漸在紐約的地下音樂打響了名號。從2002 年的「HipHop是生活」、「他們不知道」、「Ya Don’t Want Us」到2003年的「你要怎麼掛」、「表哥表弟」、「Lovers Like Us」，2004年的「閉上眼睛」、「I Know I Can」、「如果」，2005年的AP回到台灣全力衝刺，再次帶領你進入華裔青年在紐約這個都市叢林裡最真實的故事。
