Humanzi

Humanzi are an alternative indie rock quartet hailing from Dublin, Ireland. Band members are Shaun Mulrooney (guitar, keys, lead vocals); Colm Rutledge (Guitar, vocals); Gary Lonergan (Bass); and Brian Gallagher (Drums, vocals). Humanzi combines guitars with dance beats and their sound shows influences spanning classic rock n roll, to Punk Rock and Dark electronic music. They cite as their main influences, Primal Scream, The Clash, Velvet Underground, Joy Division and The Stooges. Their dance background is informed by the likes of Depeche Mode, Daft Punk, Peaches and LCD Soundsystem.

Cut Off Your Hands

Cut Off Your Hands is: Nick Johnston (vocals), Jonathan Lee (guitar), Philip Hadfield (bass), and Elroy Finn (drums). Their self produced debut EP "Shaky Hands" was released in August 2006 on Speak N Spell, and includes the singles "You and I" and "Expectations". Formerly known as Shaky Hands, the band decided to change their name due to a threat of legal action from a similarly-named American band (The Shaky Hands). As their EP was intended to be titled "Cut Off Your Hands", they simply decided to switch their artist name with the EP title.

POLYSICS

POLYSICS is a Japanese new wave/synth pop/punk/rock band, hailing from Tokyo. The band started in 1997, but got their big break in 1998 at a concert in Tokyo. They create high energy music, fusing conventional guitar music, with synthesized and computer generated sound to create a unique mixture of punk and electro-pop. Their song lyrics often consist of Japanese, English, or just plain gibberish. The band has been noted for their extremely energetic live performances and their wild gimmicky outfits.

Copacabana Club

Copacabana Club is an indie dance-rock band from Curitiba, Brazil, started by three guys (Rafa, Tile, and Alec) and two chicks (Caca and Claudia) in 2007. Pet Accessories

Pet Accessories is the fresh spawn of former Red Go Green Stop shreecher/honker Anna Hetherington, a Leeds-based musician/composer/producer. The music is produced and composed by Anna and then translated to live performance by way of a three-piece. For the live versions Anna is accompanied by Mark Parvin (previous RGGS synther) on drums and David Laine (of China Shop Bull infamy) on bass.
The resultant sonic bombardment is a genre-whoring hodgepodge of electro, indie, and subversive pop.

New Politics

New Politics: David and Soren had been writing songs together for over three years (for respective solo albums that have yet to see the light of day) when they realized that they had unintentionally started a band. The pair had experimented with every imaginable style of music (every imaginable style) and suddenly recognized that the combination of their musical sensibilities, as witnessed on the 300 songs theyd penned together, created something new and interesting.
