Mark Seymour is an Australian musician and singer best known for his work as the frontman and songwriter of rock band Hunters & Collectors. In 1997, whilst still officially part of Hunters & Collectors he released his debut solo album King Without a Clue, which earned him a nomination in the ARIA Awards for Best Male Artist (as well as Best Debut Single with Last Ditch Cabaret). In 1998, Hunters & Collectors officially split up.

Although she was eliminated from Australian Idol, where she was a contestant during season 6, she is now paving her own way up the charts. On her EP Faces, she teamed up with producer Jan Skubiszewski (The Cat Empire, Phrase, Kram , and has been described as a "honey-voiced Melbournite who has a habit of conjuring up wistful, dreamy pop tunes."
Wolf & Cub are an alternative rock band from Adelaide, Australia that formed in 2002. Three of the original members hail from Port Augusta, South Australia. Their music is predominantly psychedelic with elements of funk. The four-piece are signed to legendary record label 4AD. An interesting aspect of the band's music and aesthetic is their use of two drummers. This allows the percussive elements of their music to feature more prominently alongside the guitar.

Thousand Needles in Red are a band from Sydney/Brisbane that formed in 2009. Clint Boge (from The Butterfly Effect and Final Days of Autumn) is the vocalist of the band, Tristan Bouillaut is the guitarist, Phil Eades on the drums and Pablo Fernandez on bass. Bellusira is a rock band from Melbourne, Victoria that formed in 2006. They exploded onto the live rock scene in 2008. Their single Wide Awake from their debut EP was met with high praise and resulted in a sold out EP launch in The Esplanade’s acclaimed Gershwin Room. The band continued playing to packed out venues across Melbourne and Sydney which saw them placed on prime slots on festivals; Rock the Bay, Moonee Valley, Swarm and headliner of The Big Feed.
