Nits, formerly The Nits (and sometimes labeled as such today in some releases), are a dutch art rock group, founded in 1974 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Their musical style has varied considerably over the years, as has their line-up with the core of Henk Hofstede (the group's lead singer and lyricist), Rob Kloet, drummer, Robert Jan Stips (Supersister, Gruppo Sportivo, Golden Earring), keyboards.
Nocte is a Gothic Rock band from Valladolid, Spain. Created by Juan Diego. Think of a mixture of FAITH AND THE MUSE, INKUBUS SUKKUBUS, LOVE LIKE BLOOD, HIM and Lacuna Coil and we will have a starting point on which to explore Nocte. Current members are:

The Fatback Band (later, simply Fatback) is an American funk and disco band. Most popular in the 1970s and 1980s, The Fatback Band is most known for their Top Ten R&B hits, "(Do The) Spanish Hustle", "I Like Girls", "Gotta Get My Hands on Some (Money)", and "Backstrokin'". Their 1979 single "King Tim III (Personality Jock)" is sometimes considered the first hip hop single.

They were formed in 1977 as Flowers by Iva Davies (born Ivor Arthur Davies, on 22 May 1955, in Wauchope, New South Wales, Australia), who was the main creative force, and a classically trained musician; and bass player, Keith Welsh. For a number of years they also obtained the services of Bob Kretschmer, until he was replaced by young guitarist Paul Gildea. Since 1980 Icehouse has released seven albums, several compilations, and music from collaborations with other artists including dance companies.
Chaz was in ian dury and the blockheads. he has a couple of really great white boy funk slap bass / modern boogie albums that creep under your skin. i recommend questionnaire and chazablanca, but i'm sure the others are nice too, if i ever get around to finding them. i'm a hunter, not a gatherer. OTHON & TOMASINI are Greek composer/pianist Othon Mataragas and Italian actor/singer Ernesto Tomasini. Othon's original and unclassifiable repertoire, coupled with his virtuoso piano playing, and Tomasini's huge range and unique renditions make for an intense experience that is as dark as it is lyrical. Haunting music, deranged performance and heightened theatricality are Othon & Tomasini's trademarks.
