Anne Clark
For more than 30 years Anne Clark has held a unique place in contemporary music.
Combining literary, socially engaged texts with innovative and genre-breaking music, she has covered every kind of style, while at the same time maintaining her own identity on each and every recording, whether it be the samples (before sampling became a concept) and electronically treated acoustics of The Sitting Room (1982), to the ground-breaking analogue synth classics of Sleeper In Metropolis (1983) and Our Darkness (1984).
Fanzine
There are two artists with the name Fanzine: 1) Fanzine are a London fourtet that are straddling the distorted guitar/thumping drums aesthetics of 90s indie rock with a smattering of lo-fi garage - all with a sense of tongues firmly in cheek. http://www.myspace.com/fanzinetheband 2) Spanish 80s Minimal Electronics act. They recorded several demos during 1980-1983. A 7" containing some of their songs titled "Llegas Tarde" was released by Synth Pop Spain Records in 2008.

Martin Lee Gore (born July 23, 1961 in Dagenham, Essex, England) a member of the band Depeche Mode since its inception in 1980. He is currently the primary songwriter, and also plays keyboard and guitar. He is also the backup singer, and sometimes the lead singer. Dead or Alive
Dead or Alive is an influential new wave band from Liverpool that rose to popularity during the 1980s and gained a cult following in Japan during that time. They are best known for the hit singles "You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)" and "Brand New Lover". Before Pete Burns founded Dead Or Alive, he was involved with a Liverpool based band named Nightmares In Wax (no relation to Nightmares on Wax). The band centred around alternative music and released their only notable record, Black Leather in 1979 or 1980.
