In August of 2003, AJ Roach released his debut full-length album, 'Dogwood Winter' on his own New Folkstar Records label. The response to 'Dogwood Winter' over the next three years – from hardened critics and music lovers alike – would be overwhelming. The record would prompt eminent songwriter, Tom T. Hall to declare AJ “a true poet”, and to cite one of the songs on ‘Dogwood Winter’ (Hard Bein’ Right) as his “new theme song”.

Daley grew up in Waltham Park Road, Kingston, and, influenced by American soul and Jamaican artists such as Dennis Brown, began his singing career by entering local talent shows. He became the lead vocalist for the group The Flaming Phonics, playing live around Jamaica. Daley decided to drop out of school to pursue his music career, which prompted his mother to throw him out of the family home. Needing to make some money, the group tried out for producer Duke Reid, but left before finishing their recording for him due to his habit of firing live gunshots in the studio.

Formed in March 2012 band is still young that can’t be said about its members who have been musicians and friends through numerous different bands for long time before joining their forces and inspiration under the name of Crow Mother. Shortly after forming in 2012 band kicked off with recording their first two singles called Killing the Love and Sugar, Blood & Wine. First two records were more like experiment for band to find its own sound that became more individual in their next two singles – Winterland and Smile Like You Care.

Dana Fuchs

http://www.danafuchs.com/ The youngest of six musical children, Dana was raised in Wildwood, Florida. At the age of twelve she joined the First Baptist Gospel Choir and began singing in public. At sixteen she was fronting a popular local band at a roadside Holiday Inn. She moved to New York City at nineteen. She began collaborating with Jon Diamond, a guitarist who had toured with Joan Osborne and W.C. Handy Award winner Debbie Davies. They formed the Dana Fuchs Band. The band was a feature act at a number of clubs, performing with the likes of John Popper, James Cotton, and Taj Mahal.
