The Ditty Bops is a band from Los Angeles, California that play a blend of folk, bluegrass, jazz, swing music, ragtime and musical theater. They are headed by Abby DeWald (vocals and acoustic guitar) and Amanda Barrett (vocals, mandolin and dulcimer). They are noted for their excellent harmonies and generally playful style and tempo. The Ditty Bops formed in New York City, when Abby and Amanda were on a hunt for a friend's lost cat.

Landon, the spearhead of Landon Band, is anything but soft-spoken. The fearless female dominates the stage with strong vocals and emotionally provocative performances. The band as a whole delivers an aggressively dynamic live show without fluff. If comparisons need to be made, Chrissie Hynde comes to mind not because of similar styles but because of powerful vocals contrasting the hard edge of rock-n-roll. If Trent and Shirley were to wrap up, Landon Band would be the bloodshed.

New York composer and vocalist Christine Hoberg will return with her fourth self-released LP, World Within, on 09.13.13. The follow-up to her 2011 Moonlight Never Shined So Bright this new album was recorded in Christine's Brooklyn home with an analog forefront. "This album is about my fascination with worlds that exist within each other. I have very vivid dreams. We rest ourselves and awake in another world for hours each day. We spin on a tiny globe and can see the stars and forget that we are looking through a darkening atmosphere at suns that are much greater than ours.

1) Tiny is a trio with an acoustic guitar that Jason plays like an electric. Paula plays a mean bass and sings a sweet melody. Pete plays the drums like a chimpanzee on speed, which is actually a good thing. 2) Tiny, or Egill as his real name is, is the latest member of Quarashi, a rapcore band from Iceland. He joined the band in 2003 and he made his first appearance on the track "Race City", that was released on the Internet.
