Phat Kat (a.k.a. Ronnie Cash), (b. Ronnie Watts) is a rapper from the east side of Detroit. His career began in the mid 90's as part of 1st Down, which consisted of Phat Kat on vocals and Jay Dee on production. The group was short lived however, possibly because of insufficient support/promotion from their label, Payday, but the two continued to collaborate on many occasions afterwards, starting with an appearance on "Fat Cat Song" and it's remix, from Slum Village's Fan-Tas-Tic (Vol. 1). He also appeared on Jay Dee's Welcome 2 Detroit on the song "Featuring Phat Kat".
Dominick Wickliffe, better known by his stage name Crooked I is an American rapper from Long Beach, California. The name "Crooked I" comes from a shortened version of his original moniker, Crooked Intriago. It has nothing to do with the malt liquor. He is 1/4th of rap supergroup Slaughterhouse (with Joe Budden, Royce da 5'9" & Joell Ortiz), and is currently regarded as the best rapper on the west coast, after rising to hip-hop prominence with his freestyle series 'Hip-Hop Weekly', which he released a new freestyle over popular industry beats every week for 52 weeks.

Based in Los Angeles, Take (Sweatson Klank) is a composer who continues to push the boundaries of instrumental hip-hop music into new directions. After multiple successful EP's under his belt, Take finally unleashed his debut full length player in 2007, Earthtones and Concrete. This music is nothing short of an epic journey with continuously evolving collages that lead the listener down a dust covered road of bit-crushed melodies and molested jazz samples.
Sean Price aka Sean P is an American rapper from Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York, famous as a member of hip-hop collective Boot Camp Clik. He came to fame as a member of the duo Heltah Skeltah, performing under the name Ruck, with partner Rock. He has released two albums with Heltah Skeltah, 1996's acclaimed Nocturnal and 1998's Magnum Force. He released his solo debut in 2005, titled Monkey Barz.
The Weeknd is a Toronto-based R&B singer named Abel Tesfaye. Abel started uploading songs to YouTube in 2010 and in March of 2011 he dropped his first mixtape, House of Balloons. In August of 2011, he dropped his second mixtape, Thursday. His third mixtape, Echoes of Silence, was released on December 21 2011. The Weeknd takes his ambivalent emotional tenor and stretches it out, building a whole worldview from it. 1) Brooklyn bred rappers and producers Vlad and Pro are out on a mission. That mission is to spread their brand of hip hop to as many people as possible. They believe they can accomplish this goal because to simply put it, their music is bangin'. Pro, the Bed-Stuy representative has a distinctive fast pace aggressive flow. Although he originally hated his high pitch voice, he has learned to become comfortable with it and now appreciates the fact that it separates him from the rest of the pack. Vlad, the Flatbush representative is the ying to Pro's yang.
Spank Rock is an American hip-hop group consisting of rapper Naeem Juwan and producer Alex Epton (XXXchange). Their style is generally described as a mix of underground hip hop, party rap and electro. Spank Rock began performing in Philadelphia, where their reputation quickly increased. They later toured with Hollertronix and M.I.A.; they also toured with Beck in 2006. Their lineup currently consists of Armani XXXchange (Alex Epton), Spankrock (Naeem Juwan), Chris Rockswell (Chris Devlin), Ronnie Darko (Ronald Rubarth), and Amanda Blank (Amanda Mallory).
