Matthew Caws (born August 5, 1967, in New York City) is the lead singer of the band Nada Surf. He and Daniel Lorca met at the Lycée français de New York and played in a number of bands together before founding Nada Surf.
Monty Python is a comedy troupe of 4 Englishmen (John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Michael Palin, Eric Idle), 1 Welshman (Terry Jones) and 1 American (Terry Gilliam), best known for their legendary and influential sketch comedy show "Monty Python's Flying Circus" (which ran for four seasons from 1969 to 1974). The troupe also wrote and starred in the films "And Now for Something Completely Different" (1971), "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" (1975), "Monty Python's Life of Brian" (1979), "Monty Python Live At The Hollywood Bowl" (1982) and "Monty Python's The Meaning of Life" (1983).

Shannon Hotchkins was also a member of Short Stack before any song was ever performed or recorded. Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys are a Cajun band band from southern Louisiana. The band formed in 1988 and has since recorded 10 albums, nine of which are on Rounder Records. The bands members include: Steve Riley (accordion), David Greely (fiddle), Sam Broussard (guitar), Brazos Huval (fiddle/saxophone/bass) and Kevin Dugas (drums). An additional member, Jimmy Domengeaux played guitar with the band up until his death in 1999. Domengeaux was killed in a motorcycle accident in southwestern Louisiana.

Cthonic ( a greek word referring to "earth") is a mythologically themed extreme metal band from Taiwan. Not only do their albums tell stories of legends and folklore, but their face paint, album art, and tour names are all based in ancient history as well. They further incorporate the old traditions of the Taiwanese culture into their music & show by use of a 2-stringed violin called a "hena".
Their first American performance was in 2002, and in 2007 they toured with Ozzfest. In July/August they traveled as a supporting act for Nile, and in September headlined.
Glenn Lewis (born Glen Ricketts on March 13, 1975 in Toronto, Canada) is a soul singer and songwriter. Originally planning to pursue a career in animation as a teenager, Lewis instead decided to focus on music. His father was a member of the musical group Crack of Dawn. Lewis has cited Stevie Wonder as his biggest inspiration, and Glenn has often been compared to him because of their similarities in their tones. Glenn singing first garnered attention when he won a high-school talent contest by covering Wonder's "I Just Called to Say I Love You".
