Active, and inactive, since 1985... WHILE ANGELS WATCH is the musical project of singer/songwriter Dev, an early member of post-punk act Flowers in the Dustbin and Patrick Leagas’ Sixth Comm. Less known is another post-punk band that he wrote and sang for in the early 1980's, Tom's Midnight Garden (TMG)... in association with Infrastition records the complete studio work of this band has been digitally remastered and will be released around Yule 2010.

HaWthorn is a neofolk cooperation of Tony Wakeford (Sol Invictus) and Matt Howden (Sieben). Together they have developed an experimental take on modern folk, with their vocals and Matt's violin leading the way in almost every song. They have released one album so far, The Murky Brine (2004), and have appeared on the writ in Water split with Sol Invictus and Sieben with two tracks. They have also released two albums under the name of Howden/Wakeford.

Despite musical roots dating back to 1988 and involvement in numerous groups, Bain Wolfkind did not truly emerge until 2004. In 2004 Wolfkind recorded the self produced 'Love Letters' EP, followed by 2005's full length release 'Music For Lovers and Gangsters', 2006's 'Confidential Report' EP , 2007's 'Wasteland' EP and 2008's, his most recent full length Cd release, 'The Swamp Angel' . The music of Bain Wolfkind could be described as a minimalised and post-industrialised version of artists like Lee Hazlewood with dark brooding vocals and slow blues...

Ian Read founded Fire + Ice in 1991 after several years as a member of Sol Invictus. According to their sole website, "The heartlessness of the modern commercial consumer society ruins the lives of many. FIRE + ICE takes the purity and philosophy of early music and melds it into a message redolent with powerful seeds of honour, truth, loyalty and the bond of true friendship." The music reflects Read's keen interests in magic lore, runes, tradition, renaissance medievalism, Nordic mysticism and other esoteric and occult mysteries.
