A.P.
There are two artists with the name A.P.: [1] A.P., or About Paper as he is also known, is a rapper from Yonkers, New York, associated with the group D-Block. [2]
A.P. A.P. was born in 1984. When he was 14, a great desire to start DJ-ing was born, once he stepped up behind the decks, for the first time in his life, at the local radio station in a town he lived in. All of his beginning steps were connected to the town of Herceg Novi (Montenegro), his home town.
Chris Liberator
Chris Liberator rails against the corporate mentality pervading modern dance music - a stance that can be traced back to his anarcho-punk background. So now, even though he plays the odd techno club, he’s still happiest playing at squat parties. He’s the self-styled champion of the free party scene or the squat party, where anyone attends and anything goes. he’s formed a plethora of labels, including Cluster and Stay Up Forever, and released hundreds of records, including two very successful F***ing Aving It compilations.
Avus
In January 2000 two clever friends handed Scott Edwards a copy of buzz and a cdr full of samples. These were fused with a mind full of sounds crossing everything from Tangerine Dream to a Roots Supercharger and Avus was born. By this time Scott had already been honing his DJ talents for many years gaining a residency at London's Glasshouse, his own radio show and playing numerous sets around some of Britain's best (and indeed dodgiest) sweatpits.
