Angry folk-country-punk-blues, whatever, banjo wielding showman Eller sings dark and ageless tunes.
An excellent and highly intriguing singer/songwriter who is based in New York City, Curtis Eller has successfully brought a variety of influences to his unorthodox folk-rock vision. The banjo-playing Eller's work has an old-time feel, drawing on an abundance of direct or indirect influences from the '20s, '30s, and '40s (including country singer Jimmie Rodgers, cowboy icon Gene Autry, and Mississippi Delta bluesman Robert Johnson).
The Post War Years are an up and coming band from Royal Leamington Spa, who (according to their Myspace page) are Latin/Hard House/Jazz but they have an Alternative/Indie edge about them too. Post War Years consist of Si Critten, Henry Riggs, Tom and Fred. They are all very nice chaps and in some cases close personal friends. They all enjoy a variety of musical styles and it shows, because they have a diverse range of songs evincing Prince to Battles as influences, unified thematically by all being jaw-droppingly great.

Emerging from the suburbs of provincial Warlingham UK, but founded in Africa, esOterica have already enjoyed much success - recently playing the KERRANG! Tour and supporting HIM at a sold-out Hammersmith Apollo, being play-listed on commercial radio shows (XFM Rockshow, Bruce Dickinson on 6Music, Total Rock etc) and fanatical support from the hoards of fans they have picked up in the last two years of relentless groundwork. Debut album 'The Fool' has been released...
The idea behind The Action Blast is simple. they are five guys (Anthony Lira, Kevin Singleton, Dan Scofield, Joel Romero, & Eric Holada) that create something they are passionate about for the simple reason that they love it. They want to play their music for you and hope that you receive the same feeling from it that they do. The Action Blast pour everything they have in this band and hopefully the result will move you and inspire you to create something that you love and cherish as well.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers is a rock band formed in 1976 from Gainesville, Florida, USA and led by Tom Petty. Petty has been supported by his band, The Heartbreakers, for the majority of his career. He has occasionally released solo work, as was the case with his 2006 album Highway Companion on which he performed most of the backing instrumentation himself. However, members of The Heartbreakers have played on each of his solo albums and the band has always backed him when touring in support of those albums.
