Boca 45 is DJ and producer Scott Hendy, from Bristol, UK. Since 2004 he has been signed to the independent record label, Grand Central Records. Prior to this, he released material on Hombré Recordings, Illicit Records, Superslick Stereo Sounds and High Noon Records. The name is derived from the Argentinean football team Boca Juniors, and a common name for a 7" single (so called because of the speed, in revolutions per minute, that a record of this size plays at).

Matt Sonic began a music career at a Brisbane musical institution, Red Zeds Studios, in early 1996, cutting a demo with musical maestro David Atkins in the wee hours of the morning. The demo, Rebel Riders From Mars, would form a template of the deep and subsonic sounds that have become trademark of his bands that followed through the next 10years. Late 2008 saw Matt touring Australia, from Coober Pedy to Coolangatta playing bass for Magic Dirt, and writing a debut solo album in the back seat of a Holden Commodore.

Early classics like Lamborghini, 10 Pounds To Get In, Greenman, The Art Of Moving Butts or the famous Raving I'm Raving saved them a place in the Hall Of Fame of UK Hardcore. After having problems with several unauthorized samples their own label "Shut Up And Dance" disappeared - but rose again from the dust in the last few years.
