Encounter

Encounter might also refer to a radio series produced by the state broadcaster Voice of America that is available via podcast. Encounter was an emo/hardcore band from Cherry Hill, NJ. They released a 4-Song Demo in 1990, A 7" entitled Lost on Redemption (which was co-ran by Jason Jordan, the singer) in 1991, a split 7" with Crivits entitled Live in Belgium, and a split 7" with Blindfold in 1994.

Culture Club

Culture Club was a popular 1980s pop group, perhaps most noticeable for their gender-bending frontman Boy George. The other members of the band were Roy Hay on guitars and keyboards, Mikey Craig playing bass and Jon Moss (ex Damned, London, Adam and the Ants) on drums. Their first album, 1982's Kissing to Be Clever, became a major international hit, spawning the hit singles "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me" (which went 'all the way' in the BBC-Charts in late 1982), "Time (Clock of the Heart)", and "I'll Tumble 4 Ya".

Harry

There are seven artists with this name: one Brazilian act, one American, one Slovenian, one English, one Japanese and two Dutch. Each of them play a different genre of music. The 1st Harry hails from Brazil. Founded in 1985, Harry was born in the city of Santos in Sao Paulo. With Hansenharryebm on vocals and guitar, Cesar Di Giacomo on drums and Richard Johnsson in the bass, the group began a career playing rock "noisy" sung in English.

Fanzine

There are two artists with the name Fanzine: 1) Fanzine are a London fourtet that are straddling the distorted guitar/thumping drums aesthetics of 90s indie rock with a smattering of lo-fi garage - all with a sense of tongues firmly in cheek. http://www.myspace.com/fanzinetheband 2) Spanish 80s Minimal Electronics act. They recorded several demos during 1980-1983. A 7" containing some of their songs titled "Llegas Tarde" was released by Synth Pop Spain Records in 2008.

Daniel Angelus

Daniel Angelus hails originally from the United Kingdom. Daniel began recording and touring new material from a concept genre in 2008/09. Slowly gaining a fanbase and the hard working respect of specific promoters and music reviewers in the UK and USA including appearances on US radio and TV. After releasing a 6 track EP 'Synthetic | Heartbeats' in 2009, Daniel finally released his debut solo album EMPIRE | GHOSTS in January 2011 after two years of recording in multiple studios with producers David Emery and Chris Harding.

Royalty

1) Royalty was a funk foursome consisting of the Hakeem sisters and brother who recorded in the 1980s. 2) Royalty is the southwestern MC from the dry arid regions of Arizona. Contrary to popular belief his style does not come from the slums of shaolin. If you are listening to Royalty rap, then you are probably either scratching your head like " He just said that? " or laughing yourself half to death.

O.V.N.I.

In 2000 O.V.N.I was formed when the members of the Alfa-Matrix break beat band, Seize, decided to swap roles and do something a little darker, this time with Steven taking the lead vocals and Sandrine and Rosie on bass and keyboards respectively. O.V.N.I started out with the name Spermwhale, but decided to change it when hunting for a label.
