Terminal Cheesecake

Terminal Cheesecake formed in North and East London in 1988 and was put together by Gary (Jah Geezer) Boniface (formerly of The Purple Things and The Vibes). The band was formed along with Russell Smith, Mick Parkin and John Jobbagy (drummer from the Vibes and Purple Things and leaving the band in late 1989) were the first band signed to the then fledgling Wiiija Records (which later went on to spawn Cornershop, Silverfish, Bis and many more listener-friendly indie-stalwarts).

Kodo

Kodō (鼓童) is one of the elite taiko drumming groups today. Based in Sado Island, Japan, they have been a major force in the post-World War II revitalization of taiko drumming, both in Japan and abroad. They regularly tour Japan and the United States. Although the main focus of the performance is taiko drumming, other traditional Japanese musical instruments such as fue and shamisen make an appearance on stage as do traditional dance and vocal performance.

There is more than one artist with this name. 1. A U.S. indie-rock quarter formed in 2001, currently touring New York. The Telephones are Jesse Adelman on vocals and guitar, keyboardist Bradley Albert, bassist Anton Kreisl, of trio Tiny Animals, and drummer Mike Reed. The Brooklyn-based indie-rock quartet established in 2001, has been compared to 70s rock groups Faces and The Babys. Deadman

Deadman refers to three bands. 1) deadman formed in Nagoya at the end of 2000 out of remnants of Lamiel and kein, two closely-knit bands at the forefront of the Nagoya visual kei scene. Mako (vocals), aie (guitar), and yukino (bass), all formerly of kein teamed with Toki (ex.Lamiel) for the original lineup. Soon after their first CD release, yukino left to start his own band, and soon after Takamasa joined as their new bass player. not until 2005 did the lineup change again, when Takamasa left and Kazuya joined, completing the final incarnation of the band.

They have gained very notable success in Europe and North America, however. They boast a fairly electric sound though seem to gravitate often to a syncopated drum-and-guitar assault. DéspairsRay's sound is dark, sinister and schizophrenic. The vocalist, hizumi, goes from dark screaming and growling to letting loose with a smooth, soulful cry on most songs.

Molice is a Tokyo indie band formed around 2007. Originally from 2 seperate bands 'The Rage Cars' and 'ChinaChop'. Several members of both bands came together to form this really great band. Their style is very much Indie, but they have been labeled mistakenly as jpop in the past. Their sound appears to be heavily influenced by bands such as The Beatles and Sonic Youth. They have a very familiar sound, however it is quite unique, lending them that something special that grows their Tokyo club, cult following with each passing gig.

There are several artists named Grizzly: 1. Grizzly is a Hungarian stoner/sludge band. 2. Grizzly aka Grizzle Kid aka Grizz Is an up and coming grime artist who lives in Luton. Worked with Droke, Wrench, Grabbz, Sprayz, Merkules, Knuckz and Slewer. 3. Grizzly is a Swedish rapper from Malmö. He recently released a mixtape called Ursäkta min franska.
