Robinson is a mathcore band from Ohio. They play a chaotic version of epic, progressive, blast-beat mathcore, complete with riffs and shrill, intense screams. The band have released many demos including the more wide known 7 Song Demo as well as their first full-length record, "The Great City" on Oklahoma-based label Debello Recordings. When long time guitarist left to join From A Second Story Window, the band pretty much vanished and some of its members went on to form Menorrhagia.

Robotosaurus

February 8 2007: The trashy nightclub had sold out hours before hand. The supports have been and gone. The lights were dim and there was a hum amongst the crowd. Friends had been talking about the first show for well over a year. The anticipation was swelling as people were jostling for position. When the first stomach-churning chord rung out there was no denying things would be different from that point on.

Rhythmic and surging, an eclectic mix of spasmodic pulses and mechanical grindings coming from the minds of a few hidden within the River City, featuring members of Empyrean, Function Cease, and Cross the Lips of Grace. Saturated in a dark and contemporary noir The Schoenberg Automaton are preparing to unleash what can only be described as a modern, devastating and violent audible assault.
