A Den Of Robbers

Isaac (ex Leng Tch'e & Bob's Bizare Bazaar) and Stijn had been trying to form a new grindcore band for a long time, but in September '06 they teamed up with two racers from Kruagre/Crust Deluxe, Dieter and Jonas. The foursome was quite creative and January '07 the band felt that the time had come to think about gigs, recordings and most of all, a name. After a long search Isaac came up with 'A Den Of Robbers'.

Circle Takes the Square

Circle Takes the Square (often abbreviated CTTS) is a band from Savannah, Georgia, USA. The band formed in 2001 as a four-piece and after their first two releases they lost a guitarist but gained another in late 2004. What listeners tend to notice first about the band is the loud screaming of both male and female vocals that often function in a kind of call and response. Skillful, chaotic drumming coupled with intense, highly technical bass/guitar work have served to separate the band from most others in the screamo genre.

The Futures

1. Self described funk thrash from Japan. 2. One of the finest Philadelphia soul groups. The group's got harmony chops that are plenty strong -- with an ability to hit both a sweet soul sound and a deeper righteous groove that was being used by some of the funkier groups at the time. The Futures made a poor career move when Gamble Records ended up signing with Buddah Records, thus missing a golden opportunity to join Philadelphia International Records.
