Sean Paul Joseph (born May 7, 1979) known by his stage name Sean P (formerly Sean Paul), is an American rapper and one half (with J-Bo) of the group YoungBloodZ. Born in Decatur, Georgia, Sean P has performed, without J-Bo, on various singles by other artists. He is currently signed to LaFace Records.

Mullins's earlier work was influenced by acoustic and power-pop groups such as the Violent Femmes, The Producers and the Indigo Girls.

In 2007 he released his debut EP Eastside, and has since released another EP, 12th Dimension, and five mixtapes. His debut album, B.o.B Presents The Adventures of Bobby Ray, was released in April 2010 and debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200.
