Caroline Martin

Bristol born Caroline Martin started writing and recording in 1996. At this point in her life she was living on the edge of Wentwood Forest in South Wales. With her dog for company, Caroline drew on her surroundings, the isolation and memories from her childhood upbringing in Yate to write her stories of loss, fear and revenge. Caroline released her debut 5 track EP - Young Tender Rabbit Meat - on her own label in 1998.

Edinburgh, United Kingdom (2005 – present) Steve Adey (born, Birmingham, England) is a singer, songwriter, and former recording engineer. Steve Adey has released one album and various EP's & singles. His 2006 debut album ''All Things Real'' was released through independent record label Grand Harmonium Records. Steve Adey's music is commonly described as "slowcore", a sub-genre characterised by slow tempos and minimalist arrangements. His music covers many styles and genres from baroque pop through folk and most recently (on his These Resurrections EP) classical and avant-garde.

Shawn Mullins (born March 8, 1968 in Piedmont hospital, Atlanta, Georgia) is a singer songwriter who specializes in folk rock, Instrumental rock, and adult alternative music. Shawn's voice varies widely standing out along with his rythym acoustical, electric guitar strokes. Shawn travels with his sound man and tour manager, Big Kip Conner. Mullins's earlier work was influenced by acoustic and power-pop groups such as the Violent Femmes, The Producers and the Indigo Girls.

Dead Rat Orchestra

Chameleon-like musical magpies, the Dead Rat Orchestra set out to plunder the music of other acts, amalgamating all within their own particular aesthetic. Uniquely able to play the entire venue as a sound source, they equate concert violins with wineglasses, air vents with copper records, mammoth organ pipes with eskimo kisses. Muttering, shuffling and searching for those moments when it all just seems to fit.

Arborea

Arborea is an Indie folk duo from Maine. Formed in the summer of 2005 by husband and wife Buck Curran and Shanti Curran, their music follows in the progressive folk and rock traditions of diverse artists like Pentangle, Tim Buckley, Sandy Denny, Jeff Buckley and Robbie Basho, as well as contemporaries Iron and Wine, Gillian Welch, Ray Lamontagne, Vashti Bunyan, and Devendra Banhart. Buck plays guitar, slide guitars, bowed strings, flutes, banjo, and vocals. Shanti provides lead vocals, banjo, ukulele, bowed strings, harmonium, and percussion.

Not too long ago five guys were drawn together by a mutual love of the music and myths of the canyon, the cotton fields and the dustbowl, the jangle of the west coast, the buzz of the village and what some folks call Americana. Jana Hunter

Jana Hunter is a songwriter and musician, and was born in Texas. She is now(2010) based in Baltimore. She has recently(2009) formed a new band named Lower Dens and toured the USA with Future Islands(2010). She is signed to Gnomonsong, a record label run by Devendra Banhart and Vetiver's Andy Cabic. Her solo debut album Blank Unstaring Heirs of Doom was the label's debut release. She later completed her second album "There's No Home" as well as "Carrion EP".
