Manuel Antoni - Bass, Vocals Mono Inc. rose from the ashes of several band projects, the frustrations of being forced into unwelcome directions by major record labels and the fervent wish to make uncompromising music. Founder members were Martin Engler, mastermind and songwriter, Carl Fornia and Miky Mono. In 2003 Manuel Antoni joined the band on bass guitar and also as a sound designer.

There are many arists sharing the same name Da: 1.) underground post-punk/goth band from Chicago in the very early 1980s. http://punk.dee-nee.com/wiki/Da 2.) British post-punk band 3.) a spanish pop band 4.) spanish rap group. 5.)The California Christian alternative band Daniel Amos released several albums in the 1980s under the shortened name DA. 6.)The name "da" is also used by the acoustic instrumentalist, Jacob Kimasu, who plays touhou arrangements under the alias Forest306. The Snake Corps

The Snake Corps came together in 1984 following the break-up of Sad Lovers & Giants (SL&G) the previous year.
Aiming for a harder-edged sound, core members Tristan Garel-Funk and Nigel Pollard advertised in the Melody Maker for the necessary musicians. After many auditions they settled on Marc Lewis and Liam McGuinness on vocals and bass respectively. This original incarnation set about establishing its own sound - recording demos of songs later to appear on the band

Die Laughing

UPDATE: Die Laughing reformed in 2012 to celebrate their 20th Anniversary. On the 8th May it was announced that Die Laughing would be touring with The March Violets on a selection of key UK dates in June 2012, before beginning work on a new album. More information:

The Plague

Several bands go by the name The Plague: 1) 1960's garageband from Canada, known for the song 'face of time'. 2) 1970's Art/Rock band from New Zealand: In 1977 Richard von Sturmer returned from England, according to The Mechanics Of Popular Music "charged with the new punk movement that flourished there. He assembled a troupe of 'actors' and they rehearsed a series of theatre/music pieces revolving around his poetry and showmanship. The called themselves The Plague." They used material from Inside Information; songs such as Frank Gill's An Idiot and Private Property.
