Formed in 2006 with brothers Jonny Brewer and Jai Brewer playing Guitar and Bass respectively, they added Vocalist Ben Draper in 2007 and Drummer Martin Gregg in 2008.
Since completing the line up they have recorded an acoustic ep "Drummer Wanted" and electric ep "Demotologically Tested" (featuring former drummer Joe Sumasar-Rai in 2007). They are currently writing new material and in the studio laying the finishing touches to upcoming 2010 release "Rhymes With..." with 3 tracks available exclusively on last.fm

Belleruche

Belleruche is a band. Consisting of Kathrin deBoer, Ricky Fabulous,and DJ Modest. Formed in the lesser bars and pubs of North London in 2005, the band now record for the Brighton based Tru-thoughts label. Influenced by vintage blues records, punk girl drummers, obscure 60's cover bands and experimental west coast turntablists, they describe their sound as 'Turntable Soul Music'. Belleruche released a series of three extremely limited 7” records on their own Hippoflex Recording Industries label before signing with Tru-thoughts.

The Sweet Vandals

Funk! Soul! Passion! We know the Soul & Funk Bands which have been put together towards their own casting. The Sweet Vandals have searched and found themselves, this genre is their passion and it rewards in the sound – a real sound! This state of 'realness' has been reached on only a few recordings in the last few years; Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Nicole Willis & The Soul Investigators and of course The New Mastersounds. The Vandals are different from these combos.

Kings Go Forth

10-piece Milwaukee combo featuring 3 lead vocalists. Includes ex (and in some cases current) members of Highball Holiday, The Pacers, International Jet Set, The Essentials, De La Buena and many more. The band signed to Luaka Bop in mid-2009 with debut album "The Outsiders Are Back" set for April 20th release. The album release was preceded by a 12-inch single of "Don't Take My Shadow", containing multiple mixes and edits created by the legendary Tom Moulton, a pioneering remixer of the early disco era.

Osaka Monaurail

In spring 2007, Osaka Monaurail will celebrate thier 15th anniversary. The wheels are very much still turning on the funk-i-est band that Japan has to offer.
After 15 years the aim of the group still remains the same; that is to play just - plain - funk.
Leader Nakata often says in interviews 'we've been working very hard for 15 years only to find a way to play funk music.' Formed in 1992 when Nakata was a university student, they were named after the 1975 funk classic, It's The JBs Monaurail by the J.

Liberty X

Liberty X were formed in 2001, after they were not chosen for the official 'Popstars' group, who later became Hear'Say. Michelle, Kevin, Tony, Kelly and Jessica were part of a brand new group called Liberty. Their first single 'Thinking It Over' cracked the UK Top 5, surprising fans and sceptics alike, who thought that Liberty was even going to struggle to obtain a Top 40 placing in the UK singles chart. A second single was quickly planned, which materialized into 'Doin' It'. 'Doin' It' did not chart as well as their debut, making a modest impact at #14.
