Darkwood

1)
Darkwood considers itself as a project arisen from the idea to express our love we feel for the homeland we have been born into and we can identify with.
The music is a fusion of traditional themes and experimental soundscapes. Acoustic instruments are used as well as synthetic noises and samples completed by English and German vocals. Several topics Darkwood deals with are to be considered from an analytic historical or psychological point of view. The influence of particular events or extreme situations on the psyche or fate of the individual is being described.

Ian Read founded Fire + Ice in 1991 after several years as a member of Sol Invictus. According to their sole website, "The heartlessness of the modern commercial consumer society ruins the lives of many. FIRE + ICE takes the purity and philosophy of early music and melds it into a message redolent with powerful seeds of honour, truth, loyalty and the bond of true friendship." The music reflects Read's keen interests in magic lore, runes, tradition, renaissance medievalism, Nordic mysticism and other esoteric and occult mysteries.

Tower City

It's a post NEW MONEKEES melodic rock band.
A trio from Cleveland was the secret among all A&R managers of the US major labels - both MCA and Atlantic agreed to release this album, until grunge upset the market. This album combines the best aspects of Bon Jovi, Def Leppard and Giant into a sound all their own. Listening to "A Little Bit of Fire" will remind you that there was life before grunge...
