Volbeat is a heavy metal band from Denmark, founded in 2001. They released their first album, The Strength/the Sound/the Songs, in 2005 and the follow up, Rock the Rebel/Metal the Devil, was released in Denmark on February 19, 2007, and in the rest of Europe on February 26, 2007. In March 2007, it topped the Danish album chart as the best selling album, the first metal album ever to do so. Volbeat was formed in 2001 after frontman Michael Poulsen split up his former band, Dominus. Volbeat plays a fusion of heavy metal and rockabilly.

Mothertrucker have been combining the riff power of Sabbath and Kyuss, the quiet menace of Slint and Mogwai and the epic ambience of Isis and Pelican to create a powerful rock onslaught since 2003 and are still rolling. The band have released a number of records in that time, including the album Trebuchet released by Argghh records in France, and have shared the stage with the likes of Boris, Mono, 27, Black Cobra, Jesu, Aereogramme and Truckfighters.

Whether it’s with their chaotic hardcore urgency, or uniquely powerful shows, the true grit of The Rodeo Idiot Engine will move you. Merging a loud, energetic, and emotional outpouring into one untamable and violent hardcore machine. After few shows, they have recorded their first EP, released during April 2010 and made a European Tour through France, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium.
