The New Mastersounds

The New Mastersounds are a four-piece funk band based in Leeds, England. The band formed in February 1999. Their first single, One Note Brown, was released on Blow It Hard Records in 2000 and was produced by the critically acclaimed Northern Soul and funk DJ Keb Darge. Since this recording, the band have reached global recognition as a key band in the 'New Funk' scene. In 2006 they had a hit single with 'Your Love is Mine', which features their old friend from Leeds Corinne Bailey Rae on vocals.

There are at least three artists under this name. A Prog Rock Trio, an Indie Rock band from New Zealand, and a Classic Soul Group. #1) The Aristocrats are a prog rock group that has been compared to Cream, because of how equally the members contribute to their sound. The members are guitarist Guthrie Govan, bassist Bryan Beller, and drummer Marco Minnemann. The band was almost formed by accident, when the members discovered how well they worked together while jamming.

1) Soul is a UK band who was active around 1981 that did the songs "Tribes" and "Love". 2) SOUL is a Maryland rock band formed in March of 2008, members of which have been in various locally and nationally famous rock bands since the 1980s, such as Wead, Wretched,Little White Pills, to mention a few. Tina Cousins is a singer of electronic music, from Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, England, born April 20, 1974. She first achieved global success by appearing on German DJ/producer team Sash!'s single "Mysterious Times" in 1998, which lead to a string of other releases, notably "Forever","Killin' time", "Pray","Angel" and most recently her cover of Black's "Wonderful Life".
