Delays are an indie band formed in Southampton, UK. It gained its final lineup of Greg Gilbert (lead vocals, guitars), his younger brother Aaron Gilbert (synth/programming, vocals), Colin Fox (bass, backing vocals) and Matthew 'Rowly' Rowlinson (drums) in early 2001 (the band was called Idoru at the time, and changed their name to Delays in 2002) Their debut album, Faded Seaside Glamour was released on Rough Trade Records in April 2004.
A rock quartet heralded on the release of their debut single, "Fever," in February 2001 as "Britain's best new band," Starsailor has continued the rich lineage of its predecessors such as Travis, Stereophonics and many others. Formed in Wigan, UK by music students James Walsh (vocals/guitar), James Stelfox (bass), and Ben Byrne (drums), the band went through several guitar-heavy embryonic lineups before the arrival of Barry Westhead (keyboards) cemented their sound.

Damon Albarn, a vocalist / keyboardist from the UK, is best known as the lead singer of the band Blur. He, along with Tank Girl creator Jamie Hewlett, formed the virtual band Gorillaz, as part of which he is a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. One of his most recent projects is the supergroup The Good, the Bad & the Queen, where he plays the keyboard and sings. Other members of the band are Paul Simonon (bass, The Clash), Simon Tong (guitar, The Verve) and Tony Allen (drums, percussion).
