Nomadic Rituals are a 3-piece doom/sludge metal band from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Formed by bassist and reluctant vocalist Craig Carson who originally spent a number of years searching for a replacement drummer for his then doom project Sons of Nothing; in July 2012 he recruited drummer Mark Smyth and former Fylth Wyzzard bassist Peter (Frodo) Hunter on guitar and became Nomadic Rituals. Utilizing down tuned guitars, slow tempos and heavy distortion the trio are set to record their first 4 song EP titled DFWG in early 2013.
Originally from the Piedmont Region of North Carolina at the base of the Appalachian Mountains (Winston-Salem to be exact), now living in the Piemonte Region of Northern Italy at the base of the Alps (Turin to be exact), Paul Beauchamp has been an active experimental musician since 1993. The groups aesthetic is based on long-form drones coming straight out of the '60s tradition of eastern inspired rock and folk music exemplified in the musings of obscure hippie collective ensembles Third Ear Band, Hapsash and the Colored Coat and Velvet Underground.
We Lost The Sea are a 7 piece post-metal band from Sydney Australia. Formed in 2007, friends came together to create a new collection of noise that incorporates relentless sludge with post-rock atmospherics with melody, dynamics and crushing heaviness and elements that hold up to the likes of ISIS, Mogwai and Sigur Ros. They released their first record entitled 'Crimea' - engineered and mixed by Magnus Lindberg of Cult of Luna in mid 2010.
Daniel Vincent is a multi-instrumentalist and producer, who is most commonly known as one half of post-progressive duo The Resonance Association. In 2001 Daniel formed ambient rock band Onion Jack with his brother Pete. When the band disbanded in 2005, Daniel continued to create music as Karma Pilot, and also under his own name in numerous acoustic performances. In 2006 Daniel met guitarist Dominic Hemy and together they formed The Resonance Association, a creative partnership that continues to this day.
