Owls*

The Owls from Liverpool, UK. They do not yet have any recorded material out to purchase... Carl Cook is a lefty playing the Eastwood Ichiban Guitar. Their music is a treat and hopefully their first CD will be out later this year.
We’ve put an Owls track up online for people to download: http://owls.bandcamp.com/track/sound-of-the-call. Feel free to state that the Eastwood chiban was used on this track and that I feel it’s become an integral part of my guitar sound in Owls.

Vivica Genaux

Vivica Genaux (born in Fairbanks, Alaska) is an American mezzo-soprano. Her father, of Belgian descent, was a biochemistry professor at the University of Alaska and her mother, of Swiss-German extraction, was a language teacher. She has sung in major operas such The Barber of Seville at the Metropolitan Opera, L'italiana in Algeri at Opera National de Paris and Cinderella with Dallas Opera and the Bayerische Staatsoper.

"Rockapella" is a portmanteau of "rock" and "a cappella". In addition to original vocal music, the group also perform a cappella covers of pop songs. Julia Holter

Julia Shammas Holter is a classically-trained keytarist from Echo Park. After infiltrating Human Ear Music headquarters dressed as an intern, she wrote and recorded her own release on the label.
