Many artists have the name MATTHEW: 1. MATTHEW is an alternative rock band from Chicago, featuring members of the bands Lacklustre & Seven Day Jesus. They released one full length on Rykodisc and an independent 7" vinyl before being dropped from the label in 2003. They have been promising and talking about a recorded sophomore album for the last three years. The lead singer, Brian McSweeney is currently recording his debut solo album.

Vile Vile Creatures

Vile Vile Creatures are an all female three-piece from Manchester and Leeds who have satin beats and velvet rhythms...and sound like a doll's house falling down the stairs. Formed in 2006, the band debuted at Cardiff's Ladyfest in July of that year. The line-up consists of Jenny - lead vox/ six strings, Sian - four strings/backing vox and Julia - sticks/backing vox. Vile Vile Creatures play in dusty basements and can usually be found in dark venues with sticky floors. they play loud music - fast...

1) Drag is Darren Middleton on guitar and vocals. On drums is the band's co-founder, Mark McElligott, an old mate of Darren's and long-time member of the Finger's travelling party, plus a couple of buddies and excellent musos from the Brisbane scene: Sean Hartman on bass and Matt Murphy on keys.
Much of the creative core of Drag was developed in hotel rooms over the course of nearly a decade while out on the road -- Darren in his room writing songs, or with Mark putting down demos. Over the years, the pair worked up some 50 tracks.

One Day Elliott are a rock/punk/alternative band from Maidstone, Kent, in the UK. They have released a 7 track CD Rule Number One, and a self-release A New Direction, along with several EP's (in order, earliest first) Domestic Nightmares, You must have seen the movie, and Readers Wives. 2006 saw One Day Elliott embark on their first US tour. This coupled with airplay on Radio One's Lock Up Show and gigs around the country with Bands such as 4ft Fingers, Capdown, Allister, Jesse James, The Fall and Hundred Reasons suggests an exciting future is in store for this band.

Gratitude

Gratitude is a rock band from San Francisco, California. They were formed in 2003 by former onelinedrawing and Far alum Jonah Matranga and guitarist Mark Weinberg (originally of the band Crumb). Other members included guitarist Jeremy Tappero and bassist Bob Lindsey. Drummer David Jarnstrom joined the band before the release of their self-titled debut album (session musicians fulfilled the drum role during the recording of the album). Atlantic Records released Gratitude on March 8, 2005.
