Darker Half

Darker Half play METAL: drawing on the roots of classic heavy metal, they have been inspired by thrash, power, death, speed and more to build a unique style all their own. Darker Half come from Sydney Australia. The band is based around the dual guitars of Vo Simpson and Brad Dickson. The guitar harmonies of Vo and Brad intertwine searing lead breaks with Vo's screaming power vocals and brutal doom growl across the solid yet adventurous bass and drums of Simon Hamilton and Dom Simpson.

Dead Letter Opener

Formed in early 2005 in Brisbane, Australia. Dead Letter Opener met whilst they were studying music and technology at a Brisbane University, and initially formed the group to complete a recording project imperative to two of the members studies. The potential of becoming a full-time was realised almost immediately and DLO set out to finalise their debut EP and secure national distribution for it. The Middle East

The Middle East are a unique band out of Townsville in Queensland, Australia. They use various influences from post-rock to folk to ambient, creating a magical, hypnotic sound featuring varying instrumentation and gentle, addictive guitar hooks. Various members have at different times played in other North QLD based groups such as Joseph Liddy and the Skeleton Horse and The Forest. In 2006 they released a split EP with local Cairns band Sleeping In Trains.

Adam Said Galore

Adam Said Galore is a four piece indie rock band from Perth, Western Australia. The band was formed in 1994, by Andrew Ryan, Simon Struthers, Matt Maguire and Michael Lake, from Perth, Western Australia. At the time of their formation the members were underaged, in accordance with Western Australia's liquor and gaming laws, which allowed them three years to evolve independently before being able to play their first licensed gigs.

Paul Kelly

1. Paul Kelly(I) is an Australian singer-songwriter, based in Melbourne, and widely considered as an icon of Australian music. He has released music under his own name and as Paul Kelly and The Messengers, Paul Kelly and The Coloured Girls, and Paul Kelly and The Stormwater Boys. His output has ranged from bluegrass to studio-oriented dub reggae, but his core output comfortably straddles folk, rock, and even some country. His lyrics, simply and laconically voiced, have managed to speak to Australian experiences and history perhaps more broadly and directly than any other artist.

The Axis of Awesome

The Axis of Awesome are an Australian comedy trio whose act is mainly performing comedic songs. Jordan Raskopoulos, a comedian, Benny Davis, a classically trained musician and Lee Naimo came together to form the group in 2006. Since that time they’ve been wowing audiences across the world with with their mixture of quirky original songs, catchy pop-parodies and hilarious banter. The video of their “4 Chords Song” has had over 13 million hits on YouTube, and is their most widely recognized song.

Sienna Skies are a six-piece act from the city of Sydney, Australia. Forming early March 2006, the boys started out with a clear passion and mindset to create an electrifying sound they could call their own and expose it to as many ears as possible.
Since their inception into the music world the band has seen great development in their writing, live performance and individual musicality.
