The Acolytes

the Acolytes formed in 2005 when singer/guitarist Seamus Garland was looking for a new creative output when his previous act parted ways. At the same time the nucleus of a fledgeling band, comprising Steve Wright on guitar, Stephen Skinner on drums, and Maurice Kelly on bass, were playing together for the first time, while searching for a voice to complement their style. They soon hooked up and started the process of amalgamating their influences to define a sound of their own.

Wasted Youth

There have been at least three Wasted Youths. The first Wasted Youth were a punk/new wave group from Canning Town in east London who released several records on the Bridge House label in the late 70s. Similarly to early Only Ones their sound was very Lou Reed influenced. The first two singles "Jealousy" and "I'll Remember You" remain classics of their kind The second (sometimes known as "LA's Wasted Youth") was a band in early 80s from Los Angeles, California, who played classic hardcore punk.

sun gone mad

Sun Gone Mad is the only original Neanderthal three-piece band which managed to reincarnate enough times to enlighten this sad and treacherous 21st century. Two of them came down from the heart of the Swiss Alps - the canton with the poetic name Grisons (Grey). The other one is from Yorkshire, another lyrical corner of our planet.
They started jamming on acoustic guitars and homemade percussions in the spring of 2007 and the songs they made felt like sitting by the fire with something precious in your hand.
