Crayon
Crayon was an indiepop band from Washington state featuring Brad Roberts (guitar/vocals), Sean Tollefson (bass/vocals) and Jeff Fell (drums). Crayon formed in 1990 in Bellingham, Washington, which is about 90 miles north of Seattle. A bit more punk than twee, Crayon were obviously influenced by bands like Beat Happening and The Modern Lovers. They sounded something like a mini-Nirvana minus the anger. They were cute, but they weren’t cutesy.

ANT (Antony Harding)
ANT (Antony Harding) is an English singer/songwriter and musician from the Isle of Wight. He is best known as being the drummer in London band Hefner, but also plays independently as ANT.
After releasing a couple of low key singles in 1999, ANT released his first mini album, the five-track CD EP Cures for Broken Hearts in 2000 on English label Fortune and Glory to rave reviews. Having picked up air play from John Peel on BBC Radio 1 with his first 3 releases, ANT then recorded a 4 song session for the John Peel show.

The Lucksmiths
The Lucksmiths are an influential indiepop band from Melbourne, Australia which formed in 1993. The members are Martin 'Marty' Donald (Guitar), Taliesyn 'Tali' White (Vocals, Drums), and Mark 'Marky' Monnone (Bass) and in 2004 they acquired mid state orange's guitarist Louis Richter on second guitar. Whilst originating from beach-side Melbourne, the original three members of The Lucksmiths moved to inner Melbourne and fell in love with its charms.

Citylights
[There are three different bands named CityLights) 1. A disbanded [1998-2006] dreampop band based out of Gothenburg, Sweden. Two former members now play under the name Boat Club.
2. A Indie Pop band based out of Nottingham, UK.
3. Hardcore/Rock'n'Roll band formed in Czech Republic/Slovenia. 1. Citylights were an eight year old short lived indie modern-dreampop band during the boom of Bliss Rock in the early to mid millennia.

The Silent League

The whatevers
The Whatevers are a boy and a girl from Leeds who met at school in Ripon and bonded over indie music. They both experimented with eyeliner and self harmed on general principle.They cheered up a bit with age. After they spent fourteen years breaking each others hearts they formed a band. They have just recorded their first single and are playing their first gigs around Leeds.
'rhapsody in blue jeans/be you and your twisted romance' was released by holiday records, which is a lovely free online thing run by jacob out of the drums.
